Community Leaders Praise UFL-SL for Restoring Hope Among Vulnerable Youths.
Community stakeholders, parents, religious leaders, and local authorities have praised UFL-SL for its growing impact on vulnerable youths affected by drugs and violence. In several communities where the organization operates, residents report improvements in youth behavior, reduced involvement in criminal activities, and increased participation in positive social activities.
Parents of participating youths have described the program as a “second chance for a forgotten generation.” UFL-SL continues to receive requests from additional communities seeking similar intervention programs. The organization remains committed to expanding its outreach and strengthening partnerships that can help protect and empower the next generation of Sierra Leonean youths.
